Simply A Better Auto Protect Car Warranty
The Auto Protect Policy provides the purchaser of the used car a warranty for the duration of 12 or 24 months.
The warranty is included in the price of the vehicle and comes into effect when the car is purchased. At the point of sale the dealer will give you the certificate of insurance and the policy documents written in Greek and English. The maximum warranty is 2 years on a used car.
In the event of a breakdown you telephone the call centre, open 9am till 5pm, who will direct you to the nearest repair centre, which in most cases will be the main dealer, or an authorised dealer.
Your insurance company will take your vehicle to the repair centre and supply you with a replacement car. We will then send an assessor / mechanic to assess the damage and what needs replacing and also the cause of the breakdown. His report then goes to Auto Protect and they in turn authorise repairs.
